This radio resides at our editorial office, and was adopted as the corporate logo of the parent company in 1980. A parent company is the guy you sue instead of the guy you're trying to sue. Anyway, we've written to Zenith about this radio (Model 5-S-29) asking if they knew anything about the years it was manufactured, or even if perhaps the 29 was a clue. They were kind enough to write back and say they didn't know. Maybe somebody you know knows. We donno.
