I hope you are able to get grants and other unrestricted support
to keep the Feed going forever. It really is a national treasure
that this country desperately needs.

FeedBack: Today's feed (Bush's speech) was
truly disturbing to the point of self-satire.
You couldn't have made him sound any crazier than he did himself.
I've never heard an American president talk like this.
Are we as a nation launching some kind of holy war?
Well done--keep those Bush exerpts coming.

Hey, thank you for your minute of sanity in this insane
world.
It seems like you're one of the few dissenting voices that isn't
mindlessly following the administration's propaganda.
You're also pretty funny, probably because it's true.

I have recently re-found you guys, and I am so happy.
( or as Max might say, as a chinese delegate,
I am feeling muchly gladness about it. )
Please keep it up.
We love what you're doing.
sincerely,
Mack

Once again I will thank you for the Daily Feed as I have enjoyed
it pretty much since it started on WHFS so many years ago. Of
course once I moved back here to the corn belt I had to be satisfied
with the tapes and CD's until you got on the web. I particularly
liked the Nick Danger series since I have been a huge Firesign
Theater fan since high school in 1971. I have also been happy
to hear some more of the stuff like using the Stooges voices
like "Rummy. Moe and Cheney" recently (I thought the Quadaffy
Duck, Admiral "Popeye" Poindexter and Darth Gorbachev characters
were beyond brilliant).
Thanx again matt

FeedBack: I can't find enough accolades to describe "The Daily
Feed!" I
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!! I was introduced to the show when I moved
to
the DC area in 1991, then was overseas and missed Frank and Max
TERRIBLY! Now I've found them again and life is complete! You are
BRILLIANT and I'm always sure of a laugh when I hear Frank's and
Max's
latest. Don't EVER quit -- world needs you to put things into
perspective!!

FeedBack: Feel proud of the work you do. You probably already
feel proud... feel prouder. For years now you have provided one
of the most sane making services out there... better, cheaper,
more effective and efficient than any 50 minute hour. Thank you,
thank you and thank you some more. The feeds since the 9/11 have
been stellar, absolutely stellar. I particularly love, "A different
kind of war"... brilliant!!!
I Love the Daily Feed!!!

Eerily on-target! A candidate for best-of-the-year.
Dunno whether to laugh or to cry.

FeedBack: 2001/01/25's "Electric Email" should be rated "GPF!" --
for "Go Pee FIRST!". One of the funniest bits you two have EVER
done. In 107 seconds, you guys manage to skewer California's
power "crisis", spam, get-rich-quick scams, etc. etc. et-WOW!-c!
But you'd better make this the FINAL track of your Best-of-Max-2001
-- 'cause there's no way you can top it! --- is there?

My three kids (ages 7, 9, 11) and I can recite most Daily Feed
episodes
1993-1997 verbatim, kinda scary huh? We just recently moved up
here from the DC
area, where we knew the DF's would live long and prosper (kinda
like Root Boy
Slim). New Hampshire has not yet heard of Frank and Max. We hope
to enlighten
folks here on long winter nights.

Everyday, for the last three years or so, and as part of my daily
start-work
ritual, I listen to the Daily Feed. People think I am crazy, but
I ask them
into my office, re-play your minute a half spot and we all leave
laughing.
This evening, while working late, I was listening to your most
recent show
("Your Computer's Best Buddy") and I suddenly realized that after
all this
time, I never thanked you.
So, Thank You for providing such a quality level of comedy. Without
resorting to disgusting insults and offensive language, Max and
Frank (and,
today, Buddy) can put the lightest spin on anything.
For those of us who slog over a hot desk everyday, in a dry and
unforgiving
world ... Thank You! You make it better.
Kindest regards,
Larry B

The 8/28/99 feed "I'm not buying it." was/is a thing of beauty.
I played it for a customer rep in my office and he left my office
wiping his eyes and gasping for air.
Thing is, with the exception of Max's weasely voice, the call Frank
received is earily true to life.
Thank you,

WMSV 91.1 out of MS State University. There's no
substitute for good satire.

Thanks for the reply. I got it figured out. No problem. Also,
just a quick
note to Max and Frank, we love you guys out here in Seattle! We
were
listening to the recent daily feeds last night (a group of about
5 of us
clustered around a computer with laughing ourselves to tears).
We
especially liked the 'I'm not buying it' one. You guys are absolutely
hillarious. Also, the lottery one was extremely funny as well.
Thanks for the comedy guys, it is TERRIFIC!
Sincerely,
Keith

FeedBack: The Daily Feed is far more than merely
hilarious.
It is my favorite RealAudio channel. Your satire
is always on target and cuts to the core. Keep
up the great work. Nothing is sacred, above the
lampoon. Many times my dark mood has been shed
in tears of laughter, my spirit lightened, by
your "totally unslanted" and "unbiased" opinions.

The "HMS Rehnquist" caused me to snort my Snickers last night,
and my
coffee again this morning, when I came back for a second listen.
What
an incredible hoot.
We seem to have little impact on anyone when writing (please note
Bill
McCollum is MY representative, *shudder*, and he's gotten about
20
letters from me), but we wrote to NPR last night, telling them
yet again
about the Daily Feed and this episode in particular.
Thanks for keeping the humor going in this situation, it is getting
more
difficult down here to do just that.

FeedBack: Not three days after I visited
your page for the first time, the station that kept me Fed (99.3
WFRG, Winchester, VA) disappeared... to be replaced with 99.3
The Fox, who plays (shudder) John Boy and Billy The South's Favorite
Radio Show. (Smell that? That's hot, fresh sarcasm.) Needless
to say, 99.3 does not grace the dial of my radio anymore. So
maybe a piece from Frank and Max regarding the trend in radio
to make as much noise with as little content as is possible,
and perhaps a jab at the (cookie-cutter) Media Corporation Station.
Cheers to you guys for being the brave salmon swimming against
the current of mediocrity to reach the spawning grounds of satire...
